（一）在同等職責范圍內，其培訓水平足以勝任指定的工作； (1)Within the limits of equal responsibilities, the training level is sufficient for the designated jobs; （二）遵守經營人危險品手冊要求。 (2)Compliance with the requirements as specified in the Dangerous Goods Air Transport Manual of the operator. 第一百〇五條 Article 105 外國經營人應當確保其在中華人民共和國境內從事危險品航空運輸活動的人員按下列要求之一進行培訓并合格： Foreign operator shall ensure that the personnel engaging in the activity of the transport of dangerous goods by air within the boundary of the People’s Republic of China are trained pursuant to one of the following requirements and qualification is achieved: （一）外國經營人所在國主管部門批準或者認可的培訓大綱或者其他等效文件以及中國危險品航空運輸相關法律法規(guī)； (1)Training programmes approved or authorized by the competent authority of the State of the foreign operator or other equivalent document as well as the relevant Chinese laws and regulations in connection with the transport of dangerous goods by air; （二）民航地區(qū)管理局批準的培訓大綱以及外國經營人的差異化政策。 (2)Training programmes approved by CAAC Region Administration and the variations policy of the foreign operator. 第一百〇六條 Article 106 為了保證知識更新，應當在前一次培訓后的二十四個月內進行復訓。 To ensure knowledge is current, recurrent training shall be provided within 24 months of the previous training. 如果復訓是在前一次培訓的最后三個月有效期內完成，則其有效期自復訓完成之日起開始延長，直到前一次培訓失效日起二十四個月為止。 If recurrent training is completed within the final three months of validity of previous training, the period of validity extends from the day on which the recurrent training was completed until 24 months from the expiry day of that previous training. 第一百〇七條 Article 107 培訓記錄應當保存三年以上并隨時接受民航局或者民航地區(qū)管理局的檢查。 Training records shall be retained for over 3 years and shall be made available upon request to CAAC or CAAC Regional Administration for inspection.培訓記錄應當載明以下內容： |
