The following contents shall be clearly stated in the record of training: （一）受訓人員姓名； (1) Name of the person who has been trained; （二）最近一次完成培訓的日期； (2) The most recent training completion date; （三）所使用培訓教材的說明； (3) The description to training materials used; （四）培訓機構的名稱和地址； (4) The name and address of the organization providing the training; （五）培訓教員的姓名； (5) Name of the training instructor; （六）考核成績； (6) Scores of the exam; （七）表明已通過培訓考核的證據(jù)。 (7) Evidence which shows that a test has been completed satisfactorily. 第五節(jié)危險品培訓機構 Section 5 Dangerous Goods Training Organization 第一百〇八條 Article 108 制定和實施危險品培訓大綱的企業(yè)或者組織可以設立危險品培訓機構。 Enterprise or organization that establishes and implements the dangerous goods training programmes may set up the dangerous goods training organization. 無條件設立危險品培訓機構的企業(yè)或者組織，可以委托依本規(guī)定設立的危險品培訓機構根據(jù)委托方制定并經(jīng)批準、備案或者認可的培訓大綱對其人員進行培訓。 Enterprise or organization that has no favorable factors to set up the dangerous goods training organization may entrust the established dangerous goods training organization according to this Regulation to conduct training to their personnel in accordance with the training programmes which are established by the principal party, approved, placed on record or authorized. 第一百〇九條 Article 109 危險品培訓機構開展危險品培訓應當符合以下條件，并報民航局備案： The dangerous goods training organization conducting dangerous goods training shall meet the following conditions and shall report to CAAC for putting on record: （一）具備法人資格； (1)Having the corporate qualification; （二）具有委托方提供的經(jīng)批準、備案或者認可的危險品的初訓和復訓大綱及為委托方設計的培訓課程及教材； |
