1.1 Purpose
本咨詢通告為正在或已取得民航局設計批準的民用航空產(chǎn)品和零部件獲得外國設計批準接受或認可提供一般指導。
This Advisory Circular (AC) provides guidance on obtaining a foreign acceptance or validation of civil aeronautical product and article which has been received or applied for a CAAC design approval.

 本咨詢通告依據(jù)以下文件制定：
This AC is formulated under the authority of the following documents:

1.3 適用范圍
1.3 Applicability
本咨詢通告適用于型號合格證（ TC ）、型號設計批準書（TDA）、補充型號合格證（STC）、改裝設計批準書（MDA）、 技術標準規(guī)定項目批準書（CTSOA）或零部件制造人批準書（PMA）申請人或持有人，依據(jù)民航局與進口國民航當 局（CAA）關于航空產(chǎn)品和零部件的雙邊適航協(xié)議文件要 求，為有關民用航空產(chǎn)品或零部件取得進口國設計批準接受或認可的情況。
