(2)Having the initial and recurrent training programmes which are provided by the principal party and have been approved, placed on record or authorized and the training courses and teaching materials which are designed for the principal party; （三）具有三名以上符合本規(guī)定要求的危險品培訓(xùn)教員； (3)Having over 3 dangerous goods training instructors who meet the requirements of this Regulation; （四）具有符合教學(xué)需要的教學(xué)設(shè)施和設(shè)備。 (4)Having the teaching facilities and equipments which meet the teaching needs. 自收到備案申請之日起二十日內(nèi)，民航局將危險品培訓(xùn)機構(gòu)予以備案，并對外公布。 CCAC will place the dangerous goods training organization on records and make external announcement within 20 days from the day when the application for putting on records is received. 第一百一十條 Article 110 為本企業(yè)人員提供培訓(xùn)所設(shè)立的危險品培訓(xùn)機構(gòu)不適用本規(guī)定第一百零九條第（一）（二）項規(guī)定的條件。 The conditions as provided for in items (1), (2) of the Article 109 of this Regulation are not applicable to the dangerous goods training organization established for the personnel of its own enterprise. 第一百一十一條 Article 111 危險品培訓(xùn)機構(gòu)的教員應(yīng)當(dāng)滿足以下條件： The instructor of the dangerous goods training organization shall meet the following conditions: （一）熟悉民用航空法律、法規(guī)、規(guī)章、規(guī)定和政策； (1)Familiarity with the laws, regulations, rules, stipulations and policy on civil aviation; （二）從事民航相關(guān)業(yè)務(wù)五年以上； (2)Having engaged in the civil aviation related operational work for over 5 years; （三）大專以上學(xué)歷； (3)Having the record of schooling at junior college level or above; （四）通過經(jīng)批準的危險品培訓(xùn)大綱中第六類人員的培訓(xùn)，并考核優(yōu)秀； (4)Passing the training of category 6 staff in the approved dangerous goods training programmes and excellence is achieved in examination; （五）具備相應(yīng)的授課技能； (5)Having the relevant and adequate teaching skills; |
