(五)“貨運(yùn)銷售代理人”是指經(jīng)經(jīng)營人授權(quán),代表經(jīng)營人從事貨物航空運(yùn)輸銷售活動(dòng)的企業(yè)。 (5) Cargo sales agent. An enterprise authorized by operator to represent such operator to engage in the sales activity of air cargo transportation. (六)“地面服務(wù)代理人”是指經(jīng)經(jīng)營人授權(quán),代表經(jīng)營人從事各項(xiàng)航空運(yùn)輸?shù)孛娣⻊?wù)的企業(yè)。 (6) Ground handling agent. An enterprise authorized by operator to represent such operator to engage in the ground service for the air transport. (七)“托運(yùn)物”是經(jīng)營人一次在一個(gè)地址,從一個(gè)托運(yùn)人處接收的,按一批和一個(gè)目的地地址的一個(gè)收貨人出具收據(jù)的一個(gè)或者多個(gè)危險(xiǎn)品包裝件。 (7) Consignment. One or more packages of dangerous goods accepted by an operator from one shipper at one time and at one address, receipted for in one lot and moving to one consignee at one destination address. (八)“機(jī)長”是指由經(jīng)營人指定的在飛行中負(fù)有指揮職能并負(fù)責(zé)飛行安全操作的駕駛員。 (8) Pilot-in-command. The pilot designated by the operator, as being in command and charged with the safe conduct of a flight. (九)“危險(xiǎn)品事故”是指與危險(xiǎn)品航空運(yùn)輸有關(guān)聯(lián),造成致命或者嚴(yán)重人身傷害或者重大財(cái)產(chǎn)損壞或者破壞環(huán)境的事故。 (9) Dangerous goods accident. An occurrence associated with and related to the transport of dangerous goods by air which results in fatal or serious injury to a person or major property or environmental damage. (十)“危險(xiǎn)品事故征候”是指不同于危險(xiǎn)品事故,但與危險(xiǎn)品航空運(yùn)輸有關(guān)聯(lián),不一定發(fā)生在航空器上,但造成人員受傷、財(cái)產(chǎn)損壞或者破壞環(huán)境、起火、破損、溢出、液體滲漏、放射性滲漏或者包裝物未能保持完整的其他情況。 (10) Dangerous goods incident. An occurrence, other than a dangerous goods accident, associated with and related to the transport of dangerous goods by air, not necessarily occurring on board an aircraft, which results in injury to a person, property or environmental damage, fire, breakage, spillage, leakage of fluid or radiation or other evidence that the integrity of the packaging has not been maintained. |
