In conformity with the requirements of this Regulation, CAAC Regional Administration shall go through the formality for such changes. 第三十六條 Article 36 經(jīng)營人依據(jù)本規(guī)定第十九條、第二十四條規(guī)定在申請危險(xiǎn)品航空運(yùn)輸許可時(shí)所提交的材料，在許可有效期限內(nèi)發(fā)生變化的，經(jīng)營人應(yīng)當(dāng)將更新后的材料報(bào)民航地區(qū)管理局批準(zhǔn)或認(rèn)可。 When the materials submitted by the operator in accordance with the provisions of Article 19 and Article 24 of this Regulation applying for Dangerous Goods Air Transport Permit have changes taken place within the valid period of the Permit, the operator shall submit the updated materials to CAAC Regional Administration for ratification or approval. 第三十七條 Article 37 危險(xiǎn)品航空運(yùn)輸許可持有人申請?jiān)S可有效期延期的，應(yīng)當(dāng)在許可有效期屆滿三十日前向民航地區(qū)管理局提出申請；提交的材料應(yīng)當(dāng)包括申請書和本規(guī)定第十九條、第二十四條中發(fā)生變更的材料。 Holder of Dangerous Goods Air Transport Permit, applying for the extension of the period of validity of the Permit, shall submit application to CAAC Regional Administration 30 days before the period of validity of the Permit expires; materials submitted shall include application letter, the materials referred to in the Article 19 and Article 24 of this Regulation, which have changes taken place.民航地區(qū)管理局應(yīng)當(dāng)在許可有效期屆滿前做出是否準(zhǔn)予延期的決定；逾期未做出決定的，視為準(zhǔn)予延期。 CAAC Regional Administration shall make the decision on whether to grant the extension or not before the period of validity of the Permit expires; if no decision is made exceeding the time limit, extension is considered as being granted. 第四章危險(xiǎn)品航空運(yùn)輸手冊 CHAPTER 4 DANGEROUS GOODS AIR TRANSPORT MANUAL 第三十八條 Article 38 國內(nèi)經(jīng)營人依據(jù)《公共航空運(yùn)輸企業(yè)經(jīng)營許可規(guī)定》相關(guān)要求申請公共航空運(yùn)輸企業(yè)經(jīng)營許可時(shí)，應(yīng)當(dāng)將符合本規(guī)定要求的危險(xiǎn)品航空運(yùn)輸手冊與其他公共航空運(yùn)輸企業(yè)經(jīng)營許可申請材料一并提交所在地民航地區(qū)管理局進(jìn)行審查。 Domestic operator, when applying for the Public Air Transport Enterprises Operating Certificate in accordance with Regulation on the Operating Certificate for the Public Air Transport Enterprise, shall submit the Dangerous Goods Air Transport Manual, which conforms to the requirements of this Regulation, together with other materials applying for the Operating Certificate for the Public Air Transport Enterprise to CAAC Regional Administration of the seat for making examination. |
