(7) Personnel training; （八）危險(xiǎn)品航空運(yùn)輸應(yīng)急響應(yīng)方案； (8)Emergency response plan for the transport of dangerous goods by air; （九）緊急情況下危險(xiǎn)品運(yùn)輸預(yù)案； (9)Advanced plan for transport of dangerous of goods under emergent circumstances; （十）其他有關(guān)安全的資料或者說明。 (10) Other materials or explanation relating to safety. 從事危險(xiǎn)品運(yùn)輸經(jīng)營(yíng)人的危險(xiǎn)品航空運(yùn)輸手冊(cè)還應(yīng)當(dāng)包括以下內(nèi)容： Dangerous Goods Air Transport Manual of the operator engaging in the transport of dangerous goods shall also include the following contents: （一）危險(xiǎn)品航空運(yùn)輸?shù)募夹g(shù)要求及其操作程序； (1)Technical requirements and its operation procedure for the transport of dangerous goods by air; （二）通知機(jī)長(zhǎng)的信息。 (2)Information to pilot-in-command; 國(guó)內(nèi)經(jīng)營(yíng)人應(yīng)當(dāng)采取措施保持危險(xiǎn)品航空運(yùn)輸手冊(cè)所有內(nèi)容的實(shí)用性和有效性。 Domestic operator shall take measures to keep the practicality and effectiveness of all contents of Dangerous Goods Air Transport Manual. 第四十一條 Article 41 經(jīng)營(yíng)人應(yīng)當(dāng)采取必要措施，使其人員及其貨運(yùn)銷售代理人和地面服務(wù)代理人的人員在履行相關(guān)職責(zé)時(shí)，充分了解危險(xiǎn)品運(yùn)輸手冊(cè)中與其職責(zé)相關(guān)的內(nèi)容，并確保危險(xiǎn)品的操作和運(yùn)輸按照其危險(xiǎn)品航空運(yùn)輸手冊(cè)中規(guī)定的程序和要求實(shí)施。 Operator shall take necessary measures to make its staff and the personnel of its cargo sales agents and ground handling agent, when carrying out their duties, fully understand the contents relating to their duties as outlines in the Dangerous Goods Air Transport Manual and ensure that the operation and transport of dangerous goods is conducted in accordance with the procedures and requirements stipulated in its Dangerous Goods Air Transport Manual. 第四十二條 Article 42 民航地區(qū)管理局可以通過書面形式要求國(guó)內(nèi)經(jīng)營(yíng)人對(duì)危險(xiǎn)品運(yùn)輸手冊(cè)的相關(guān)內(nèi)容、分發(fā)或者修訂做出調(diào)整。 CAAC Regional Administration may request domestic operator in written form to make the adjustment to the relevant contents and distribution or revisions of the Dangerous Goods Air Transport Manual. |
