代理人同意向承運(yùn)方的飛機(jī)在附件B中所列出的地點(diǎn)就在協(xié)議班期內(nèi)執(zhí)行的航班提供服務(wù),附件A中的相關(guān)服務(wù)內(nèi)容應(yīng)在包含上述服務(wù)地點(diǎn)的附件B中予以列明。承運(yùn)人相應(yīng)地應(yīng)向代理人盡快地通報(bào)任何有關(guān)航班時(shí)刻、班期或飛機(jī)機(jī)型等變化的信息。 1.4 Extra Flights非定期航班 The Handling Company will also provide the services to the Carrier’s Aircraft for flights in addition to the agreed schedule at the same locations, provided that reasonable prior notice is given and the provision of such additional services will not prejudice commitments already under-taken. 如果在適當(dāng)?shù)臅r(shí)候得到提前通知,且服務(wù)條款不違反雙方先前協(xié)議的規(guī)定時(shí),代理方可在相同服務(wù)地點(diǎn)為承運(yùn)方的非定期航班提供協(xié)議中所規(guī)定的服務(wù)。 1.5 Priority優(yōu)先權(quán) In case of multiple handling, priority shall, as far as possible, be given to aircraft operating on schedule. 在同時(shí)代理多個(gè)航班的情況下,代理方應(yīng)優(yōu)先為在規(guī)定時(shí)刻內(nèi)運(yùn)營(yíng)的飛機(jī)提供服務(wù)。 1.6 Emergency Assistance緊急援助 In case of emergency, including but not limited to , forced landings, accidents or acts of violence, the Handling Company shall without delay and without waiting for instructions from the Carrier take all reasonable and possible measures to assist passengers and crew and to safeguard and protect from loss or damage baggage, cargo and mail carried in the aircraft. |
