2.2 申請人需要了解和熟悉民航局與進口國 CAA 雙邊適航協(xié)議 文件要求。 2.2 Applicants need to understand and be familiar with requirements in Bilateral Airworthiness Agreement document between CAAC and Importing State CAA.民航局與進口國 CAA 雙邊適航協(xié)議文件列于中 國民用航空局網(wǎng)站“政府信息公開 ”“公開規(guī)定” “雙邊協(xié)定”“適航協(xié)定”欄目內(nèi)。 Bilateral Airworthiness Agreement documents between CAAC and Importing State CAA are listed in Civil Aviation Administration of China website under "Government Public information"“Openness Rules" "Bilateral Agreement" "Airworthiness Agreement". 2.3 申請人需要通過民航局與進口國 CAA 雙邊適航協(xié)議文件了 解或向民航局適航司咨詢進口國 CAA 的有關(guān)適航標準、環(huán) 保要求和其他技術(shù)要求，以確定與民航局適航標準、環(huán)保 要求和技術(shù)標準規(guī)定的差異，進而明確有關(guān)民用航空產(chǎn)品 和零部件需要滿足的附加適航標準、環(huán)保要求或其他技術(shù) 要求。 2.3 Applicants, through Bilateral Airworthiness Agreement documents between CAAC and Importing State CAA or consulting with CAAC Aircraft Airworthiness Certification Department (AAD), to understand Importing State CAA airworthiness standards, environmental protection requirements and other technical requirements, and to identify differences from CAAC airworthiness standards, environmental requirements and technical standard, in order to clear and definite additional airworthiness standards, environmental protection requirements or other technical requirements related to the civil aeronautical products or articles. 2.4 申請人需要按照進口國 CAA 的要求準備相應的申請材料并 繳納相關(guān)費用。 2.4Applicants need to prepare relevant application package and pay the relevant fees in accordance with the requirements of the Importing State CAA.申請材料內(nèi)容需要按照民航局與進口國 CAA 雙邊適航協(xié)議文件要求確定，根據(jù)適用性，通常包括， 但不限于： Application package need to be determined in accordance with the Bilateral Airworthiness Agreement documents between CAAC and Importing State CAA, basing on applicability, usually including, but not limited to: (1) 申請人要求民航局為有關(guān)航空產(chǎn)品或零部件取得特定 進口國設(shè)計批準接受或認可進行服務的函件（含有關(guān)責 任人和聯(lián)系人信息）。 (1) A letter from Applicants to CAAC to request services for the relevant civil aeronautical products or articles obtaining specific Importing State acceptance or validation of design approval (including information of relevant accountable person and contact). (2) 申請人致進口國 CAA 關(guān)于有關(guān)民用航空產(chǎn)品或零部件 申請該進口國設(shè)計批準接受或認可的函件以及出口國 CAA 要求提交的申請表格和資料。 |
